Our College presents a Musical every two years. The College community enjoys this significant production with a large ensemble of performers, musicians and stage hands, giving our students the chance to experience the theatre from both on stage and behind it.

2023 Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Based on the novel by Roald Dahl and songs from the Motion Picture by Leslie Bricusse and Anthony Newley

Our Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was a huge success from May to June.

2021 Matilda, The Musical

Matilda, The Musical is the multi-award winning musical from the Royal Shakespeare Company, inspired by the beloved book by the incomparable Roald Dahl.

With book by Dennis Kelly and original songs by Tim Minchin, Matilda, The Musical is the story of an extraordinary little girl who, armed with a vivid imagination and a sharp mind, dares to take a stand and change her own destiny.

2019 Legally Blonde, The Musical

A fabulously fun award-winning musical based on the adored movie, Legally Blonde The Musical, follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. Action-packed and exploding with memorable songs and dynamic dances - this musical is so much fun. Thank you to our enthusiastic and energetic cast and band members for your dedication and hard work throughout this production.

Hairspray is an empowering musical jam packed with charismatic characters, vibrant dances, and vivacious songs with those renowned numbers. It had our audience tapping their toes and dancing in their seats. What makes this musical so special though is the overwhelming message of acceptance, tolerance and unity. We had an amazing cast of students ranging from Years 7-12 and our talented band practised tirelessly to ensure the songs were played to precision and style.

The College produced two Musicals in 2015 due to the introduction of the Year 7 students to secondary school. The Junior musical consisted of Year 7 - 9 students performing "Alice in Wonderland" at the end of May. The College had full capacity on both evenings.

The Senior Musical produced was The Addams Family which consisted of Year 10 - 12 students. The production was a massive success. Congratulations to all students and teachers who were involved.
