We develop student leaders at Clairvaux MacKillop College and we are committed to nurturing and developing young leaders to grow into future change makers.

We recognise that our students are capable of dynamic, passionate and service inspired leadership. Leading by example, giving back to the College and wider community and serving others are the expectations of leaders in all grades.

At Clairvaux MacKillop College we believe that students in all year levels have an integral role to play in the leadership and future direction of the College.

The Student Leadership Team

In Year 11 all students attend a Leadership Camp. The camp provides myriad opportunities for students to learn and demonstrate leadership skills; listen to and learn from the wisdom of other inspiring leaders; contemplate the kind of leader each student wants to become; and build spirit and identity as a year level.

Following the Leadership Camp, students can apply to be part of the Student Leadership Team. This is the team of twenty-four Year 12 leaders who work with the younger House Representatives to lead the College.
