During our Opening Liturgy we announced our Br Brian Shortill College Dux for 2022. Congratulations to Caitlin Blakeney.
During the 2022 Celebration of Excellence Ceremony, Caitlin received an Academic Excellence and a First in Class for Chemistry, Physics, Religion and Ethics, Mathematic Methods and Specialist Mathematics. Caitlin also received Excellence in Physics Award and Certificate for Excellence in Chemistry – top student in Qld
in each subject area. Caitlin was awarded the University of Southern Queensland Excellence Award which recognises the outstanding achievements of a Year 12 student.
Currently, Caitlin is studying Bachelor of Engineering (honours) / Science at University of Queensland.
