LAPTOPS | Year 7 and New Students in Year 8 - 12 | Parents were given a Laptop Agreement at the Information Night in Sept 23.
All students who have a signed agreement will be given a laptop on Day 1 of school.

ATTENDANCE | BCE Connect App and Parent Portal | Attendance all day, every day is expected. Student absence must be reported before 8.30am by parents/carers VIA the BCE Connect App under the Absence tile or through the Parent Portal. The College sends an SMS to parents/carers for unexplained absences. |
SAFETY AND PARKING | Pick up/Drop off zone | Limited Parking is available on the College grounds. Please use Park n Ride on Klumpp Road. Observe all signage in the pick-up/drop off zone. Please note: No right hand turn on exit from the College between the hours of 7am – 9am and 2pm – 4pm. |

TRANSPORT | Clarks | Existing Bus Pass Students with an existing bus pass need to reapply if: - Their home address has changed
- They are repeating a grade
- Transferring to a different school in 2024 (this includes transitioning from Primary to High School)
Automatic renewal of bus passes is a result of data matching process and relies on the accuracy of information held by:
- Department of Transport and Main Roads
- Centrelink
- Clarks Logan City Bus Service and
- The school the child attends
What do Parents need to do when they receive a continuation letter from Department of Transport & Main Roads Continuation letters will be forwarded to Parent/Guardian from DTMR. Please keep these letters.
