NEW YEAR 8 – 12 STUDENTS, 2022

Over the coming weeks
Families are being individually contacted by the college so we can share all the details you need.

STAGGERED TIMES ON THE FIRST DAY AT CMC

Monday 7 February

You will notice that Years 7 and 8 arrive on campus for 8.30. Years 9-12 arrive for an 11.20 start. This will give our younger students some space to find their way (with our help of course!) before the bulk of our students arrive.

Year 7 will participate in a special orientation program for the day.

Year 8 will have extended Home Room time to get thoroughly organised by period 3 when their usual timetabled classes will commence. The school day finishes at the usual time.

Years 9-12 commence with period 3 Home Room/WAM followed by their timetabled lessons for lessons 4 and 5. The school day finishes at the usual time.

We understand that some students in Years 9-12 may need to arrive at school earlier than indicated in this email.  Further information in relation to this will be communicated by Pastoral Leaders.

2022 CLASSES AND TIMETABLES

Timetables will be emailed to students in the week prior to their first day of school.

Queries in relation to classes and timetables should be emailed to the relevant Assistant Principal:

Presence is our college theme for 2022. Br Damien Price says, “Presence is a deliberate choice – it's a choice to be totally and profoundly there for the other."

Let's hold each other, be there for each other…even if we cannot be with each other in person! Be assured that the staff of Clairvaux MacKillop College hold you all in our prayerful embrace.

God of many names and many experiences,

We come to you as we are, each of us with a heart full of our own story, memories, hopes, fears, and expectations.

Unite us in our vision and in our dreams as the community of Clairvaux MacKillop College.
