The College has very well developed and recognised vocational education programs.
These classes cater for our vocationally-oriented students and may include commencing a School-Based Apprenticeship or Traineeship (SAT) or study at TAFE. This pathway option is not available to CRICOS students.
Senior Certificate Courses
As part of the VET pathway options offered at Clairvaux MacKillop College, students in years 11 and 12 can undertake certificate courses in a variety of industry areas. These are all registered with the Department of Education, Training and Employment (DETE) and are Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) compliant.

TAFE at School Program
If you are a year 10, 11 or 12 student you may be able to complete a TAFE Queensland qualification while you're still at school. Choose from a variety of certificate I to certificate III courses from a range of study areas ranging from hospitality to horticulture, electrotechnology to engineering and everything in between.
