The Career Pathways Department works closely with Inclusive Employment Providers to suppo​rt students who have any kind of barriers to training or employment. In conjunction with the Edmund Rice Centre, Career Development support is given to students with learning difficulties, disabilities or speech and language barriers to give specialised assistance for career paths.
