Year 7 and 8 students come to Clairvaux MacKillop College from a variety of primary schools. The students are introduced to some new subjects that they have not experienced previously.
Students are required to study English, Mathematics, Science and Religious Education for the duration of the year. They also branch out into Elective subjects, which they experience in the form of short ‘taster’ units. This gives them a ‘taste’ of subjects they may wish to pursue in the future. Students have choice as to the elective subjects studied, electing from Arts and Technology options.
